Returns, Refunds and Exchange

Belasea does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Belasea does not take title to the refunded item. For more information about our returns and refunds, please see our Returns Center.

What and how can I return ?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Belasea within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by Belasea can be returned after the holidays. However, the cost associated with return will not be paid by the Belasea.

1. Prepare your package for return.

Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.

2. Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected.

Send your return product to the following address with a subject: Return products along with explanation.

When will I get my refund ?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return. It can be either via Bank transfer or Bkash or customer can collect the cash from our following office address

  • Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh

Note: If we refund the money, the cost of bank transaction or Bkash will be paid by the customer.

Refund can be full or partial. It can be instant or it might take time till the products are return to us. Belasea will determine weather it will be instant return or will wait until the product is return to Belasea. Partial refund subject to the product condition and other related issue.

Does Belasea offer replacements and exchanges?

Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by e-mail If you received a damaged or defective item,  we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. We stronly recommend our customer to open the box from the delivery man and count and check every product. Please do not accept any damange product or any parcel with a missing product. If you receive a parcel with missing product or a damage product, please retun it to the delivery man and cancel the order. We will send you a new parcel with exact quantity. However, once you receive the parcel and you make a claim that you have received a damanged product or some products are missing in your parcel, we can not refund any money for that as we request all the customers to check the product at the point of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your Cart. If you like to exchange an item, make sure the cost of the shipment to return and new cost to ship to you will be paid by you, not

Special condition for missing and damage products:

  - You must check and inspect every product at the point of delivery. You must not accept any delivery with missing items or damanged items. 

 - You will return the parcel to the delivery man if you find that any product is missing or darmaged. If you do not do so, we can not accept any claim later on as we have open box policy at the time of the delivery. We only exchange the product if it is unopened and new with the same price with different color or shape. 

* Please do not accept any damanged or missing product's parcel from a delivery man under any condition. If you do and if you have any claim in furthre we can not refund the money to you. However, if you have any claim about the authenticaiton of the product, you are always welcome to e-mail us at
